Andre Havenga and Linda Chalmers, Zimbabwe & Australia, December 2010

We arrived in Australia on a 457 skilled visa in February 2006 and in mid 2009, decided to commence investigating opportunities to apply for permanent residence. We were looking for someone to advise on DIAC rules and legislation and assist us compiling the documentation for our application. Our sponsor referred us to Greys Migration Services and assured us that Paul Grey could manage the entire process.

At each step of the way, Greys Migration Services provided us with regular updates from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) and always clearly outlined the requirements to ensure we provided accurate information to minimise lengthy delays.

As part of the visa application, we were required to make an application for an exemption under the Exceptional Circumstances provisions related to our application. Paul had to undertake extensive research on our behalf and his experience in this area and his knowledge of the relevant legislation produced a successful outcome. In all, our application was submitted and approved in less than 12 months.

We really appreciate all the work Paul did on our application and were delighted when advised that the visa was approved. We will definitely be using Greys Migration Services again as and when we look to bring family members to Australia. I’d like to take this opportunity to once again, personally thank Paul for his assistance and have no hesitation in recommending his services to potential clients.

Denise and John McCallum, Jersey & Australia, December 2010

We first came in contact with Paul in August 2006 when we were applying to come to Australia on a 457 visa. My husband and I were able to contact Paul Grey during this period of time regarding any queries we had. We were always warmly greeted and Paul always had the answer to our query or would get it for us as soon as possible. We had a very quick response to our application and arrived in Australia October 2006.

Paul assisted us throughout the process and clearly explained the legislation and regulations. His assistance helped us to provide accurate information to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and ensured there were no delays processing our applications. with our forms which can be the most daunting part of the process.

We applied for permanent residence in March 2009 and Paul again helped us with our visa application. From the first day we commenced our application to being granted permanent residence was exactly 6 weeks. We were delighted and again this was all down to Paul and his expertise.

Since moving to Australia we have had friends either wanting to move to Australia or friends already here looking for help with immigration. Paul has always been there to help with their enquires and gone out of his way to help them when they couldn’t get answers from their own immigration advisors.

I appreciate everything that Paul has done for our family and I feel very fortunate that Greys Migration Services was the company that my husband’s employer referred to us.
